Credit Control Executive

Brief Summary

We are seeking a diligent professional to manage credit control operations effectively. This role focuses on ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong relationships with drivers and corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage debts of drivers and corporate accounts. Monitor and control outstanding accounts, ensuring compliance with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for credit control. Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders and negotiate repayment plans. Conduct aged balance reviews and collaborate on follow-up actions. Identify and report exceptional or delinquent accounts, implementing strategies to minimize bad debt. Prepare daily operational reports. Oversee litigation, credit monitoring, and screening processes. Manage repossession and performance of external collection agencies. Address queries and appeals from drivers related to credit control.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification a diploma in a business-related discipline is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in credit control. Experience in the taxi or car rental sectors is advantageous. Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license is a plus. Strong mathematical skills are essential.
