Job Description
- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts to ensure prompt payments.
- Reconcile client accounts and address any discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and payment activities.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline credit control processes.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and overdue payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in credit control activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control professional should have:
- Experience in credit control or a related accounting and finance role.
- Proficiency in using financial software and excel.
- Knowledge of credit management practices within the insurance industry is good to have.
