About The Team The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and execute on-balance sheet funding solutions in various ways to support fintech lending business growth in SEA and LATAM 2. Build up credit asset liability cash flow and portfolio management model, and work out the strategy on asset liability match to ensure the balance between cost of funds and liquidity risks 3. Support the analysis and negotiation with external partners to ensure sustainable funding sources for business expansion, and explore asset-back securitization opportunities 4. Responsible for credit asset management related system development on key indicators, operational functionalities, and risk alerts. 5. Optimize credit asset management strategy and models leveraged by forecasting based on business features, and funding partner's capabilities. 6. Supervise daily liquidity operations on credit asset liability for Fintech lending businesses, with In-depth knowledge on business scenarios and product features
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: 1. 5+ years of experience in Fintech lending companies, with strong exposure to SEA or LATAM markets 2. Know funding cost from external parties well in various consumer lending business scenarios, esp. ABS, channeling loans, etc in SEA, LATAM. 3. Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent Preferred qualifications: 1. Fast learner and able to think systematically under pressure
