Key Responsibilities
- Credit Assessment Conduct in-depth credit analysis of project finance transactions in sectors such as energy, utilities, transport, and infrastructure.
- Financial Modelling Build and stress-test financial models to evaluate project viability, cash flows, and risk sensitivities.
- Credit Papers Prepare comprehensive credit submissions and recommendations for approval by internal committees.
- Deal Support Partner with origination teams to structure financing solutions and support deal execution.
- Portfolio Monitoring Track performance of existing exposures, flagging early warning signals and sector developments.
Requirements
- 35 years of credit analysis experience in project finance, preferably with exposure to infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project finance structures and risk assessment frameworks.
- Solid financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to draft clear credit papers.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Professional qualifications (CFA/CA/CPA) an advantage.
