About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Admin to support our credit and operations teams in managing credit-related documentation, records, processes and administrative activities.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in credit, financial operations, risk management or financial services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure credit processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, checking and maintenance of credit-related documentation, records and reports.
  • Assist with the collection and verification of customer or counterparty information required for credit assessment and account management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files, databases and documentation.
  • Assist in tracking credit applications, approvals, conditions, limits and other relevant credit information.
  • Perform administrative checks to ensure required documents and information are complete and properly recorded.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and other internal teams on credit-related matters.
  • Support the preparation of regular credit monitoring reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding documentation, credit conditions, expiry dates and follow-up actions.
  • Handle data entry and reconciliation of credit-related information across internal systems.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests by retrieving relevant documentation and records.
  • Follow established policies, procedures and internal controls when handling credit-related activities.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of credit administration.
  • Perform other credit and operations-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Banking, Risk Management or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data and documentation.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Candidates with internship experience in banking, financial services, credit, risk, operations or compliance will have an advantage, but this is not mandatory.

What You Will Learn

  • Credit administration and end-to-end credit processes.
  • Fundamentals of credit risk and credit assessment.
  • Financial services operations and internal controls.
  • Credit documentation, monitoring and reporting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Operations teams.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, structured and eager to learn. You do not need extensive credit experience — we value strong fundamentals, a willingness to learn and the ability to work accurately with data and documentation.

This role provides a strong foundation for future career progression into Credit Analyst, Credit Risk, Risk Operations, Credit Operations or broader Financial Services roles.

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute. We celebrate diversity in all its forms—background, ethnicity, gender, identity, orientation, experience, and thought—and believe it strengthens our culture and our work. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
