Credit Administration Legal
Role Overview
Responsible for reviewing and managing legal documentation for credit facilities and security structures. Ensure documents are accurate, enforceable, compliant with approved credit terms, and aligned with regulatory and internal policies while working closely with internal teams and external lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
Credit & Security Documentation
- Review and vet facility letters, agreements, and security documents.
- Ensure executed documents are properly completed and aligned with approved credit terms.
- Highlight and resolve discrepancies or risks.
External Legal Counsel Coordination
- Liaise with external lawyers on non-standard documentation, security matters, legal opinions, and registration or release of securities.
Non-Standard Credit & Drawdown Support
- Support execution of documentation for complex credit facilities.
- Ensure all legal and documentation requirements are met before drawdown.
Trade Finance & Guarantees
- Review SBLCs, Bank Guarantees, Performance Bonds, and Letters of Guarantee.
- Identify legal risks and recommend improvements.
Legal Monitoring & Litigation Support
- Monitor legal reports and update relevant stakeholders.
- Handle legal notices such as court orders, insolvency notices, and enforcement actions.
Legal Advisory
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Review contracts and draft legal correspondence when required.

Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- 58 years experience in banking legal, credit administration, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of credit facilities, security documentation, and guarantees.
- Detail-oriented, risk-aware, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
