We are looking for an experienced Credit Administration Officer to join our team in Singapore. This role is central to our mission of providing sustainable value, ensuring our credit operations are executed with precision and integrity as we support businesses and individuals through an ever-evolving financial landscape.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Credits, you will provide vital administrative and operational support. This role ensures that all credit documentation, AML/KYC administration, including updating reports and maintaining original documents, approvals, and disbursements are executed incompliance with internal policies, and regulatory risk control requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless operational support in credit administration workflows.
  • Maintain and update credit facility information and monitor outstanding security documentation and facilitate the timely renewal of bank facilities.
  • Prepare summaries of key credit terms to assist internal stakeholders with operational execution.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance,Business Administration, or equivalent related field or experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Credit Administration, Credit reporting, Credit Control within corporate banking environment.
  • Functional knowledge of property financing, trade finance and/or treasury products is an advantage
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting company documents board resolution, power of attorney and constitutional documents.
  • Prior exposure to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulatory reviews.
  • Strong attention to detail with a risk and control mindset.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic programing skills is an added advantage.
