Creative & Social Media Marketing Associate
As Content & Social Producer, you will help bring our restaurants, bars, people, and stories to life across social platforms. You will be responsible for creating photographs, short-form video, and social-first content that captures the spirit of our venues.
This role is for someone who understands that, beyond aesthetics, great hospitality content is about energy, people, craft, and culture. The role sits within our marketing team that translates brand ideas and strategy into content that feels natural, relevant, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Capture on-site content during events, trainings, prep, service, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Support day-to-day social media content execution in line with brand guidelines and campaign calendars
- Adapt key messages, narratives, and moments into engaging social formats
- Assist with posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement where required
- Work closely with marketing team colleagues to ensure visual and tonal consistency across brands
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support launches, activations, and partnerships
- Organise and maintain a structured library of video and photo assets for future use
What We're Looking For
- Experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling
- Strong interest in hospitality, food, drinks, culture, or lifestyle brands
- Comfortable shooting photos and videos on mobile, DJI, and DSLR/mirrorless cameras
- Confident with basic photo and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling for short-form video
- Able to work independently on shoots while collaborating closely with a wider team
