5 Days Work Week, 09:00 AM to 06:00PM

Basic Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 before commissions & sales incentive

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to grow with us at the crossroads of technology, creativity, and marketing. In this role, you will be the bridge between clients and our internal teams, identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and delivering impactful digital experiences that inspire audiences. You will be involved in nurturing existing clients (70%) and winning new opportunities (30%), ensuring service excellence and contributing to business growth.

Job Description

- Identifying and pursuing business prospects in line with the company's expertise in interactive and experiential technologies across sectors such as Marketing, Events, Retail, and Galleries & Exhibitions

- Preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders, and negotiating terms to secure new sales opportunities.

- Developing creative solutions that enhance client experiences and strengthen brand loyalty.

- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations effectively.

- Partnering with external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Managing both client and company expectations with professionalism and care.

- Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within MICE industry

- Experienced in preparing proposals, pitching solutions, and securing new business

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the company.
