THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Creative at Move Repeat, you will report to the Brand & Engagement Manager. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all content produced across all our brands are polished and of the highest quality. You will work across campaigns and channels to deliver engaging visuals and creative assets that strengthen brand perception and connect with our communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Ideation (40%)
. Lead the creative ideation for campaign, evergreen, and paid media content, ensuring concepts are innovative, on-brand, and high-quality.
. Develop platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong understanding of what works across formats: short-form video, reels, long-form video, photography, and motion graphics.
. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to translate topline briefs into compelling creative outputs that achieve campaign objectives and engage audiences.
. Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to propose fresh and relevant content directions.
. Ensure all content communicates the intended message clearly while maintaining premium brand standards.
Videography & Photography (40%)
. Manage end-to-end video production: storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
. Incorporate motion graphics and animation to enhance storytelling where appropriate.
. Capture high-quality photography for campaigns, trainer profiles, events, and ad hoc needs.
. Ensure all visual content consistently reflects the energy, people, and lifestyle of our community.
. Provide creative and technical feedback on photography and videography to uphold brand consistency.
Asset Management & On-Site Support (10%)
. Organize and maintain video and photo assets in a structured system with clear naming conventions and version control.
. Keep an up-to-date content library accessible to the Marketing Team.
. Provide on-site creative support for key events and activations, ensuring all content needs are captured.
. Respond to ad hoc requests for visual content promptly without compromising quality.
