THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Creative Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be the gate keeper to the Creative's time, responsible for coordinating traffic, resource planning and freelancer management across the Singapore office. This role will design and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, and enforce processes that support project completion on time and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Resource & Workflow Management
- Oversee allocation of design & creative resources across multiple projects.
- Manage schedules & timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Act as the central point of contact for project resourcing across teams.
Process & Efficiency
- Implement and enforce workflow processes to ensure projects run efficiently from brief to delivery.
- Continuously review, improve, and optimise systems and tools for scheduling, approvals, and handovers.
- Ensure all departments are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with producers, project managers, creative leads, and department heads to prioritise workloads.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Act as a neutral, solutions-focused coordinator to balance project needs with team capacity.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track progress of projects and flag risks, capacity issues, or process breakdowns early.
- Maintain up-to-date resourcing dashboards, schedules, and status reports for leadership.
- Report on utilisation, efficiencies, and recommend adjustments to improve output.
- Work with the HR Director to manage the pool of Freelance talent, to be able to adapt quickly to project or priority changes as needed.
ABOUT YOU
- 6+ years experience in an events / experiential marketing agency.
- Experience with resource management, traffic management, or studio management is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of event production workflows, creative processes, and design studio operations preferred.
- Proven ability to implement and enforce efficient systems, processes, and project tracking tools.
- High attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with scheduling/project management software
