Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Creative Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team in Singapore. In this role, you will develop and execute creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with creative, content, digital, and product teams to deliver compelling marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategy
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across digital and offline channels
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective execution
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign results to senior management
- Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 36 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or creative marketing roles
- Strong creative thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience developing successful marketing campaigns and strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Singapore/SEA market is a plus
