Sounds great what's the role in a nutshell

The Creative Manager/ Senior Creative Lead will lead and execute global visual and video production across Aqua's sales, marketing, and onboard platforms. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong expertise in video editing, graphic design, and day-to-day creative execution. This role reports directly to the head of creative department, the Global Creative Manager.

Beyond creative production, this role also works closely with multiple stakeholders globally across the business on projects, asset updates, and content coordination. The Creative Manager / Senior Creative Lead is responsible for maintaining brand consistency, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and keeping all core creative systems current and operational.

Scope Of Work

  • Execute the design and production of creative assets across Aqua's global sales, marketing, and onboard platforms in line with brand standards.
  • Work closely with the Global Content, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the Aqua Sales Kit is fully organised, current, and updated at all times.
  • Execute the development, updating, and production of onboard materials to ensure consistency across all vessels.
  • Provide hands-on video editing and graphic design for campaigns.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and external partners on projects, including:
  • Asset updating and replacement
  • Content revisions and version control
  • Campaign rollout coordination
  • Ongoing project support outside the core creative process
  • Manage and maintain the Aqua image and video library, including sourcing, optimisation, editing, structured archiving, and regular asset updates.
  • Ensure all creative and non-creative deliverables meet brand, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Participate in production requirements, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors where required.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor Degree with preference in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or Fine Arts.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong emphasis on hands-on video editing and creative production.
  • Proven experience editing video for marketing, campaign, or brand-led content is essential.
  • Prior experience in a creative agency environment, preferably working on luxury, travel, or hospitality brands, is highly preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Comfortable handling a mix of large projects and a high volume of smaller day-to-day production tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of brand consistency across platforms.
  • Independent, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and handling both creative and operational project tasks when required

Skillsets

  • High proficiency in professional video editing software, including:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • Final Cut Pro
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite*
  • Experience with AI-based asset creation, enhancement, or generative tools is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is an advantage.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in any foreign languages such as French or Spanish is a plus.
