Creative Director

A company based in Oakville, ON is seeking a creative professional to oversee the full design-to-launch process for stickers across its ecommerce platforms. This full-time contract role involves conducting research, creating original illustrations, designing listing images, producing videos, and developing social media content to support product launches and brand visibility. The successful candidate will manage every stage of the creative process, combining strong artistic vision with practical execution to deliver engaging designs and marketing assets. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a project from concept through to online sales presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in illustration, graphic design, and creative concept development
• Ability to conduct research and translate ideas into unique sticker designs
• Skilled in creating listing images optimized for ecommerce platforms
• Experience producing video and visual content tailored to social media audiences
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and audience engagement
• Ability to manage multiple stages of the creative process independently
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
• Strong organizational and time management skills to deliver on schedule
• Comfortable working remotely in a full-time contract capacity
