Role Overview

We are a boutique luxury design consultancy specializing in high-end projects. Our work focuses on refined aesthetics, meticulous detailing, and exceptional client service.Our team includes a Manager, Architectural Designer, Draftsmen, and Administrative support. As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the studio's creative direction and deliver exceptional, high-end design projects. This role balances creative leadership and execution, ensuring all work aligns with the studio's brand, meets expectations, and is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction

Define and lead the studio's overall design vision and identity

Oversee concepts, design narratives, and material selections

Ensure consistently high design standards across all projects

Design Leadership

Lead projects from concept to completion

Review and approve all design deliverables

Mentor and guide the design team

Provide clear leadership, accountability and structure

Maintain a professional, disciplined and collaborative work environment

Client Management

Lead client presentations and design discussions

Translate client briefs into refined, high-end concepts

Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients

The Creative Director is expected to actively support business development by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the acquisition of new projects.

Team & Studio Leadership

Lead and manage the design team (Architectural, Interior, Drafting)

Foster a high-performance, design-driven culture

Align creative direction with project timelines and budgets

Quality & Innovation

Maintain strict quality control and brand consistency

Stay ahead of design trends and source premium materials/suppliers

Requirements
10+ years in interior design / architecture/ design consultancy industry (luxury focus)

Proven Creative Director or senior design leadership experience

Strong portfolio in high-end residential or bespoke projects

Excellent design, presentation, and client management skills

Experience leading teams and managing project delivery

Strong commercial awareness (fees, budgets, profitability)

Preferred

Experience with high-net-worth clients

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Detail oriented with a focus on efficiency and accountability

Strong knowledge of luxury materials and suppliers

Ability to balance creativity with structure and execution
