We're looking for a Creative Director of Interiors to lead that kind of magic. Not just sketch pretty pictures or pick out chairs that look good on Pinterest, but someone who can own the vision for interiors that make people stop, breathe, and remember.
This is about creating spaces that become the reason people go out.
What you'll actually do:
- Lead the creative vision for F&B interior projects across Asia (and sometimes further afield).
- Work with clients who expect world-class designand aren't shy about telling you what they don't like.
- Take charge of teams who are as talented as they are opinionated.
- Collaborate with architects, lighting specialists, brand strategists, and the occasional chef who thinks they're a designer too.
- Push the design past safe and into memorablewhile keeping it commercially viable.
- Spot opportunities for new work and help the business grow (because ideas don't mean much if no one's paying for them).
What we need from you:
- 15+ years in interior design, with a focus on F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle environments.
- A portfolio that speaks of restaurants, bars, lounges - places people still talk about after they've sobered up.
- The leadership chops to get the best out of a team, not just boss them around.
- Confidence with clients who've seen it all before.
- Enough business sense to know when a crazy idea will make money (and when it won't).
- Ideally, you're Singapore-based or you know the region well enough to navigate its quirks.
