Creative Director (Agency + In-house Experience Required)

An international business group headquartered in Singapore is looking to appoint a Creative Director to define, elevate and protect its visual identity across multiple industries and markets.

This is a high trust role operating at the centre of the organisation.

You will serve as the creative authority for the Group, ensuring that every visual expression, from corporate communications to digital platforms, reflects a cohesive and elevated brand standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the guardian of brand integrity across businesses and geographies

Translate leadership vision into compelling visual storytelling

Guide the Group in strengthening their visual communication standards

Balance speed with quality across a high volume of strategic deliverables

Build scalable creative systems, not just assets

Modernise workflows through thoughtful integration of new technologies

This is a role for someone who enjoys both directing and doing.

Key Requirements:

10+ years or more of professional design experience, including team leadership

Experience operating in environments where brand credibility matters

The confidence to engage senior executives as a strategic partner

Strong mastery of typography, layout and visual hierarchy

Exposure to digital environments and cross platform storytelling

Experience incorporating emerging technologies into creative processes

A disciplined, detail oriented approach without sacrificing creativity
