  • Edit videos with strong storytelling, modern pacing, subtitles, captions, and platform-appropriate formats (vertical, horizontal, short/long-form).
  • Use AI tools to support ideation, scripting, subtitles, editing workflows, and content repurposingwhile ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.

  • Maintain well-organised content libraries, raw footage, and project files, and support planned content calendars across brand and BU marketing needs.
  • Collaborate closely cross-functionally to ensure timely and consistent delivery of video assets.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of social-first, short-form content.
  • Proficient in filming, lighting, audio, and end-to-end production using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling ability and confidence directing on-camera talent, including clinical teams.
  • Ability to simplify clinical or technical topics into clear, patient-friendly content.
  • Experience using AI tools for ideation, scripting, subtitles, repurposing, and workflow efficiency, with the ability to refine outputs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn) MOH healthcare advertising guidelines.
