We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our team in a MAS-regulated financial services / brokerage environment.
This role focuses on digital design, brand identity, and visual communications, supporting both external marketing campaigns and internal corporate branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content across multiple digital and offline channels.
You will work closely with marketing, HR, product, and business teams to ensure consistent and high-quality design output aligned with brand guidelines and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Marketing Design
- Design high-quality digital marketing assets, including social media posts, banners, EDMs, presentations, and landing pages
- Develop visual concepts to support marketing campaigns and product promotions
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Support updates and enhancements to website visuals and digital content layouts
UI / UX Visual Support (Basic Level)
- Provide basic UI/UX visual support for digital marketing and product-related materials
- Assist in improving user experience through clear and engaging visual design
- Work with marketing and product teams to translate requirements into effective visual solutions
Corporate Branding & Internal Design
- Support execution of corporate branding and internal culture initiatives
- Design materials for company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications
- Create corporate merchandise such as festive red packets, company T-shirts, gifts, and branding items
- Maintain consistency of internal visual identity across departments
Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with marketing, HR, compliance, and product teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment
- Ensure all materials comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements applicable to financial services
- Support ad-hoc design and creative requests from management and business teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles (Figma or similar tools is an advantage)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital creatives, and visual design work
- Experience in corporate branding, event design, or merchandise design is an advantage
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
