Creative Designer - North - WCDT

Responsibilities:

Able to manage high volumes of work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Develop creative designs and impactful advertising materials while maintaining brand consistency.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to produce print and promotional materials.

Review and enhance design work prepared by other designers or team members when necessary.

Create marketing materials based on requirements from the Marketing Communications Manager/Executive.

Work with the Marketing Communications and Sales teams to discuss and interpret creative briefs.

Handle the conceptualization, design, execution, and printing coordination of visual graphics.

Design promotional and campaign-related marketing materials for the brand.

Prepare press advertisements and printed materials such as posters, flyers, and brochures.

Produce in-house graphics and artwork for promotional use.

Coordinate with vendors and printers regarding production and printing matters.

Support photography sessions and perform photo editing tasks.

Carry out any additional ad hoc duties assigned by the Marketing Communications Manager/ Executive.

Requirements:
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and familiar with both PC and Mac platforms.

Strong graphic design capabilities supported by an impressive portfolio.

Able to leverage AI-driven tools to streamline tasks, analyze information, and improve creative outputs.

Strong sense of branding and visual communication aesthetics.

Good interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Canva will be an added advantage.
