Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and create visual communications, including digital assets and print collaterals (from graphical works, photography to video editing), that are aligned with the brand's identity and message
- Demonstrate quality control on brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance throughout all touchpoints
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on timely project deliverables (work with Marketing team to conceptualise and provide creatives for marketing & brand campaigns within timeline; work with Chefs on food photography, including food styling)
- Strong multi-project management from concept to completion, including liaising with print vendors and external resources to ensure optimal results in marketing collaterals and packaging production
- Think creatively, stay relevant with current design trends and standards, and enhance existing / develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- To work with other designers on other assigned design and non-design duties
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B and/or FMCG industry
- Proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and InDesign
- Photography styling and videography knowledge will be highly regarded
- A craftsman with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail
- Flexible and open-minded to new processes, new platforms, and emerging technologies
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team member to meet tight timeline in a dynamic working environment
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Willing to work in the West area, with occasional travel for event setup within Singapore
