Creative Content Production Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being actively involved in all stages of pre-production to post-production, including research, casting, wardrobe sourcing, scheduling and engagements with third party agencies for contents related to the e-commerce asset creation
• Working with immediate Studio team to deliver top-quality creative work and supervising an efficient production process through the project life cycle
• Ensuring targets and budgets are tracked, controlled and managed on time and with limited variance
• Contribute to the development, improvement and execution of systems, processes, and best practices
• Deliver projects to schedule, and within agreed budget and actively manage project scopes using contingency and change orders as required
• Provide excellent general administrative support to the daily operations (marketing samples support, data entry and maintain proper records of documentation including provision of all required information
• Samples management including tracking and arrangement of samples delivery for local and/or overseas shoots
• Assist to acquire props, clothes and products appropriate for a wide variety of content types created specifically for each platform's unique needs
• Source and cast models
• Troubleshoot on set when required
• Juggling ad-hoc assignments while maintaining core job scope

REQUIREMENT

• Relevant experience working in project management, lead, and being accountable for the team's collective success
• Ability to lift loads and manual handling of products efficiently
• Proficient on all Microsoft office software
• Good understanding of operational workflows
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with keen ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis
• Able to creatively problem solve on set
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
