CQV Engineer – HVAC – Singapore – 24-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client is currently seeking the skills of a CQV Engineer to support their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. What You'll Deliver

• Develop, execute, and document IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for HVAC and cleanroom systems in GMP-regulated facilities.
• Qualify AHUs, HVAC systems, HEPA filtration, ductwork, environmental controls, and Grade C/D cleanrooms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and assess smoke studies, airflow and velocity testing, air change calculations, HEPA integrity testing, particle monitoring, pressurization checks, and temperature/humidity mapping.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, requalification, deviation management, change controls, and coordinate with QA, Engineering, Operations, and Contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  
  

Experience required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive HVAC/Cleanroom CQV experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644 Cleanroom Standards, ISPE Baseline Guides, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Excellent technical writing, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong compliance and quality focus.
