We are currently expanding our team within our LifeSciences Division team and are looking for a CQV Engineer to support projects on site with a client. The following are key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with design and engineering teams to review and support the development of detailed technical designs for both utility and process systems, ensuring alignment with user requirements and GMP standards.
2. Lead or contribute to the development, review, and approval of User Requirement Specifications (URS) for both utility and selected process equipment packages.
3. Review and approve contractor submissions and technical deliverables for clean utility systems (e.g., PW, WFI, PS, PCA) and process equipment (e.g., bioreactors, buffer/media prep tanks, chromatography skids, etc.).
4. Plan and execute field commissioning and qualification activities for both utilities and process equipment, ensuring systems are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.
5. Review and validate P&IDs, functional specifications, FAT/SAT protocols, and system documentation.
6. Lead or support thermal mapping activities using Kaye Validator systems for environmental chambers, autoclaves, cold rooms, warehouses, etc.
7. Develop and execute qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for utility and process equipment systems.
8. Maintain accurate CQV documentation throughout the system lifecycle.
9. Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, Validation, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department or project leadership.
