CPU Test Pattern

The CPU Test Pattern Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing test patterns used to verify CPU functionality, performance, and manufacturing quality.
1. Develop and debug CPU test patterns for functional and structural testing
2. Create manufacturing test programs for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
3. Implement and support DFT techniques such as scan, BIST, LBIST, and MBIST
4. Analyze test results to identify defects, failure modes, and yield issues
