We are seeking an experienced Courseware Developer – Digital Marketing Bootcamp to redevelop our existing 3-day Digital Marketing Bootcamp into a streamlined 2-day program, in line with new course proposals submitted to SWDA.

The successful candidate will review and restructure the existing courseware, align the curriculum with the revised learning objectives, and develop engaging, practical learning materials tailored to adult learners and working professionals.

What you will do

Redevelop and restructure courseware

• Review and redevelop the existing 3-day Digital Marketing Bootcamp courseware into a 2-day program.
• Streamline the curriculum to ensure the content is relevant, practical, and achievable within the revised program duration.
• Align course content, learning outcomes, activities, and assessments with the revised course proposal.

Develop engaging learning materials

• Design and develop practical exercises, case studies, and relevant learning materials for adult learners.
• Ensure learning activities are interactive, engaging, and aligned with the intended learning outcomes.
• Incorporate relevant digital marketing tools, concepts, and workplace applications into the courseware.

Ensure quality and workplace relevance

• Ensure the revised courseware is well-structured, learner-friendly, and suitable for working professionals.
• Apply adult learning principles to support effective knowledge transfer and practical skills development.
• Ensure the course materials support the objectives and requirements of the revised program.

What we look for

We are looking for experienced professionals who combine digital marketing expertise with strong courseware development and instructional capabilities. Successful candidates should have:

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) status (mandatory).
• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory).
• Relevant experience in digital marketing training and/or courseware development.
• Experience developing or delivering adult learning programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and workplace applications.
• The ability to structure and streamline course content while maintaining alignment with learning outcomes.
• Strong instructional design, content development, and curriculum planning skills.
• The ability to develop engaging, practical learning materials for working professionals.
