Course Consultant (Part Time, Saturday morning)

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Course Consultant to join our team at Chiki can Paint Tampines. As a Course Consultant, you will play a vital role in guiding students and their families through our art programs, ensuring they find the right courses that match their interests and developmental needs. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with students and parents, and promoting the unique benefits of our art education offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

. Engage with prospective students and parents to provide information about our courses and programs.

. Maintain a thorough understanding of our curriculum and teaching methods to effectively communicate our educational philosophy.

. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new students.

. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students and families.

. Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a seamless experience for students.

. Track and report on student inquiries and enrolment metrics.

Requirements

. Min 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Strong ability to connect with students and families, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

. Passion for education and the arts, with an understanding of the importance of critical thinking and creative processes.
