Job Summary
You will support and manage daily courier operations, optimizing route planning to ensure smooth delivery processes and timely dispatch, driving operational excellence and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily courier operations by assigning jobs and planning routes to ensure efficient delivery schedules
- Collaborate with drivers, riders, and internal teams to facilitate timely deliveries and collections
- Monitor delivery performance and promptly resolve operational issues to maximize productivity and reduce costs
- Analyze monthly operational performance with key team members to develop and implement solutions that enhance operational excellence
- Lead and motivate courier teams to achieve high standards of operational performance
- Apply strategic thinking to solve problems and make decisions that improve delivery processes
- Manage time effectively to optimize route planning and ensure on-time delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in courier company operations
- Possession of Class 2 and/or Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
Other Information
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm
- Working Location: Redhill
- Salary Range: $3,500-$4,000 depending on experience
