Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to serve high-end, qualified clients across Thailand.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with global business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities while proactively managing and mitigating risks.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  • Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams by providing market and customer feedback.
  • Manage the country sales budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the machine tool or cutting tool industry.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams in Thailand.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in English, especially for communication with European distributors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as needed.
