Job Description
We are seeking 1 Country Manager in each of the following markets: India, Vietnam and Sri Lanka to drive student recruitment, agent engagement and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive student applications and enrollments
Build and manage relationships with education agents, schools and partners
Execute country recruitment and market development strategies
Represent the institution at education fairs and industry events
Monitor recruitment performance and provide market intelligence
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in international education, student recruitment or business development
Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Results-driven with a passion for education and student success
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
Location: India / Vietnam / Sri Lanka (On-site)
