As part of its expansion in Southeast Asia, our Group is strengthening its presence in Singapore through a human-scale subsidiary.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Country Manager to lead and grow our Singapore operations. This role combines business development, operational leadership, team management, and regional representation of the Group.
The Country Manager will work closely with the Group's central teams and France-based creative studio and production team, leveraging a wide range of expertise including strategy, creative, production, digital, and consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Growth
.Define and roll out the growth strategy for the Singapore market in line with Group objectives
.Identify and develop new business opportunities with local, regional, and international clients
.Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and strategic prospects
.Actively contribute to the Group's visibility and growth across Southeast Asia
Group Representation
.Serve as the official representative of the Group in Singapore and the region
.Promote the Group's values, expertise, and position within the local ecosystem
.Participate in industry events, professional networks, and strategic forums
Project & Operational Oversight
.Oversee retail and event projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery
.Coordinate local teams with international experts and the creative studio in France
.Ensure excellence in execution, quality of deliverables, timelines, budgets, and compliance with Group standards
Team Leadership
.Lead, motivate, and develop a small local team
.Manage recruitment in line with business growth
.Build an agile and efficient organization in close collaboration with Group headquarters
Financial & Performance Management
.Prepare and manage the subsidiary's budget
.Oversight and monitoring of invoicing in SAGE
.Monitor project and overall profitability
.Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (commercial, financial, operational)
.Report regularly to Group executive management
Profile
Experience
.8-12 years of experience in a retail, event, brand experience, or communication agency
.Proven track record in managing a business unit, profit center, or subsidiary
.Strong background in business development and key account management
.Experience in Asia or in an international environment is a strong advantage
Skills
.Strong leadership and people management capabilities
.Strategic mindset with a hands-on, business-oriented approach
.Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs
.Ability to collaborate effectively with international and multicultural teams
.Excellent project management skills
.Fluent English is required French is a plus
