Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Country Manager to lead our organisation into its next phase of exponential growth. This executive leader will be the primary driver of our corporate strategy, responsible for maximising profit, developing revenue growth strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Responsibilities and Duties

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and initiate revenue growth strategies to maximize profit.
  • Develop business plans and strategies, including long-term strategic plans.
  • Execute the company strategy and ensure all operations align with the corporate vision.
  • Manage financial investments and business ventures.

Leadership & Management

  • Provide visionary leadership across all functions.
  • Supervise executives and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the operations of named departments and overall operational management.
  • Conduct management evaluation and ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead key initiatives related to recruitment and talent development.
  • Manage outsourced resources efficiently.

Governance & Compliance

  • Establish company policies and legal guidelines, and actively participate in developing company policies.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk management and mitigation across all business facets.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relations (shareholders, board, employees, community).

Operations & Finance

  • Oversee financial management and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Implement and manage daily business operations.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive reporting to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and strategizing ability and organization skills.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree is highly preferred (or often required).
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5+ years of progressive, senior-level experience in executive management within a relevant industry.
    Proven track record of successfully leading and growing an organization's revenue and profitability.
    Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, as well as overseeing complex operational management.
    Extensive experience reporting directly to a Board of Directors or key stakeholders.

  • Financial & Investment Expertise: Strong financial management skills, including P&L oversight, capital allocation, and experience managing financial investments and business ventures. (Relates to: Financial management, Maximize profit)
  • Governance & Risk Management: In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, legal guidelines, and compliance requirements. Proven ability in risk management and crisis leadership. (Relates to: Compliance, Risk management, Establish company policies and legal guidelines)
  • Stakeholder Communication: Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relations skills to effectively interact with the Board, investors, partners, and the media. (Relates to: Stakeholder relations, Reporting)

Working Days & Hours:

08302200 (8 hours per day Mondays to Sundays including Public Holidays)

8 days off per month, Public Holidays will be added to the monthly off days
