Our client is a leading connectivity and technology services organization and currently looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead its Singapore operations. This senior role holds full responsibility for strategy, revenue growth, P&L, and day-to-day operations in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the Singapore business strategy aligned with regional goals
- Manage full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention
- Lead commercial, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulators
- Ensure service quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and lead a high-performing local leadership team
Qualifications:
- Senior leadership experience (10+ years) in telco, ISP, cloud, or tech services
- Proven success in P&L ownership and business growth
- Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity, fibre/broadband, or managed services
- Experience operating in Singapore or similar regulated markets
- Strategic, commercially minded, and hands-on leadership style
