About Our Client

Our client is a private equity-backed education group launching a new vocational education business in Singapore. This is a confidential, exclusive search for a Country Head to build the business from the ground up and lead its next stage of growth.

The opportunity suits a commercially minded leader who enjoys creating something new: setting the direction, bringing the right people together and turning a strong proposition into a successful business.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the Singapore strategy and lead the business launch

• Own the P&L, commercial plan and growth targets

• Build partnerships with employers, industry bodies and other key stakeholders

• Develop programmes and services that meet market and learner needs

• Establish the team, operating model and core business processes

• Lead sales, enrolment and business development activity

• Maintain strong standards in delivery, governance and the learner experience

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in vocational education, training or a related education business

• Strong commercial track record, including P&L ownership and business growth

• Experience launching, scaling or transforming a business

• Able to build partnerships and lead across strategy, operations and sales

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable making decisions in a new business environment
