You will focus on both new business acquisition and nurturing existing partnerships whilst taking charge of sales strategy and operation across Singapore and Malaysia,
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique demands of the Singapore and Malaysia IT Solutions needs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead the executions and operations for both Singapore and Malaysia
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals by fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and shared success.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at different businesses, understanding their needs and positioning advanced IT solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Identify new market opportunities by analysing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams-including product management, IT development, marketing, and customer support-to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to closing deals, ensuring all activities adhere to compliance standards and company policies.
- Monitor performance metrics regularly, providing insightful reports to senior management while proactively addressing any gaps or areas for improvement.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership within the region.
What You'll Need
- Hunter mindset, ability to secure new stream of revenues and clienteles
- Proven track record in sales leadership roles spanning multiple countries or regions.
- Experienced in managing local and offshore sales/business development team
- Experience overseeing full sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation to post-sale account management within B2B environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams - encouraging collaboration between sales professionals, technical staff, product managers, and support personnel.
