Country Head of Compliance

This is an exciting opportunity for a Country Head of Compliance, for a leading international financial institution with a strong presence in Singapore and across Asia, offering a full suite of corporate and investment banking services.

In this role, you will lead a team to ensure compliance frameworks and policies meet evolving laws and regulations while enabling sustainable business growth. You will drive training, monitoring, and assurance activities to strengthen the culture of compliance, as well as provide strategic advisory to management on regulatory, AML/CFT, and sanctions matters.

You will also advise senior management on regulatory developments, lead policy and process enhancements, and manage implementation of compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Singapore regulations in the area of Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime, and over 10 years of leadership experience in compliance at a major bank.
