We're Hiring: Country Business Development Lead (SEA)
Singapore (PR Only) | Remote, market-facing role
Our client is a digital incentives and rewards platform helping brands move beyond discounts and cashbacks. They enable bigger, more selective incentives—delivered end to end and seamlessly integrated with Meta, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Early pilots have driven 30% to 7x uplift in conversion rates.
As they prepare for their SEA launch, they are looking for a Mid–Senior Country Business Development Lead to help build and scale their presence in the region.
The Role
You will own the full commercial funnel—from outbound and demos through to closing and activation—working closely with the founders to establish the business across SEA markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end business development and merchant acquisition
• Onboard B2C merchants across retail, F&B, D2C, beauty, and lifestyle
• Build and manage partnerships with Shopify Plus and e-commerce agencies
• Achieve 6-month targets (20–30 merchants, up to 5 agency partners)
• Build and maintain a strong local pipeline and country playbook
What We're Looking For
• 3–4+ years of experience in BD or Sales (SaaS, e-commerce, or agencies)
• Strong outbound discipline and structured pipeline management
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Self-starter mindset with comfort owning results end to end
• Possesses a vast network of key industry stakeholders.
