Job Duties
Utilize the POS system to take orders and process payments quickly and accurately.
Prepare delivery platform orders, pack them properly, and get them ready for pickup or delivery.
Do simple cooking, such as preparing glutinous rice balls, black pearls, tapioca cubes, and other basic menu items.
Provide friendly customer service by answering questions and handling requests politely.
Keep the counter area clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
Requirements
Day and night shifts are available. For night shifts, candidates must be able to work until 11 pm, including weekends and public holidays.
F&B experience is an advantage, as it helps with understanding daily operations.
Good communication skills and able to work well with others as a team.
Careful and able to handle several tasks at the same time, especially during busy periods.
Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
