Counter Service Crew

Job Duties

• Utilize the POS system to take orders and process payments quickly and accurately.

• Prepare delivery platform orders, pack them properly, and get them ready for pickup or delivery.

• Do simple cooking, such as preparing glutinous rice balls, black pearls, tapioca cubes, and other basic menu items.

• Provide friendly customer service by answering questions and handling requests politely.

• Keep the counter area clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.

• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time.

Requirements

• Day and night shifts are available. For night shifts, candidates must be able to work until 11 pm, including weekends and public holidays.

• F&B experience is an advantage, as it helps with understanding daily operations.

• Good communication skills and able to work well with others as a team.

• Careful and able to handle several tasks at the same time, especially during busy periods.

• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
