Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally
Sales & Cashiering
- Promote menu items, upsell products, and meet sales targets.
- Operate POS system, handle payments, and ensure correct cash handling.
- Maintain accuracy in daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation.
Outlet Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and equipment.
- Replenish stock, condiments, packaging, and display items.
- Assist in receiving and checking stock deliveries.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow all food hygiene, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
- Adhere to personal grooming, service standards, and uniform requirements.
Teamwork
- Support daily operations and coordinate with team members.
- Participate in shift duties, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary education or equivalent.
- Prior F&B or retail experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
