Job Responsibilities :
1. Tender & Cost Estimation
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial kitchen projects across hospitality, F&B, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and site conditions to determine project scope and requirements.
Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and costing sheets for equipment, fabrication, utilities, accessories, and installation.
Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
Evaluate alternative options or value‑engineering proposals to achieve cost competitiveness.
2. Pricing & Procurement Coordination
Source and verify supplier quotations for equipment, materials, and subcontractor works.
Maintain updated pricing databases for local fabrication and imported equipment.
Collaborate with procurement to negotiate best pricing and delivery terms.
3. Tender Submission Management
Prepare complete tender packages, including commercial proposals, technical submissions, drawings, schedules, and approvals.
Ensure timely submission of tenders according to client deadlines.
Review tender clarifications, prepare responses, and participate in tender interviews if required.
4. Project Handover & Support
Conduct handover to project teams post‑award, ensuring clarity of scope, cost assumptions, equipment selections, and key deliverables.
Assist project teams with any costing‑related queries during execution.
5. Stakeholder Communication
Work closely with sales teams to understand client needs and develop competitive tender strategies.
Collaborate with kitchen designers to ensure alignment between technical drawings and costing.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for clarifications and adjustments.
6. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
Prepare cost summaries, variance analyses, and pricing reports for management review.
Track tender conversion rates, project margins, and pricing trends.
Ensure that costing methodologies remain updated and aligned with company targets.
Job Requirements :
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, costing tools, and basic CAD reading.
Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Able to incorporate with AI application for daily operation will be a plus point.
Experience with AutoCAD or reading technical drawings.
Familiarity with stainless‑steel fabrication and custom commercial kitchen buildouts.
Experience in hospitality, F&B equipment supply, construction, or MEP coordination.
