About Us:
Our company is a growing F&B & retail business dedicated to providing quality products and services. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our team as Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle GST, tax filings, stamp duty and statutory compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, sales, budgets, and financial forecasting.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support management in financial planning particularly for yearly projection, budgeting, KPI setting and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience (F&B/Retail industry experience is an advantage).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, pro-active and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
