What you'll be doing
- Execute project related cost control activities in accordance with client contract requirements, project specifications, in alignment with internal procedures
- Develop budget plan to monitor and control the expenditures for the duration of the project
- Works with the execution team to prepare estimates for clients
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses
- Generate and issue the project monthly client/internal forecast report
- Accountable for project cash and currency forecasting in close cooperation with Finance Controller
- Responsible for project cost close out report and submitting experience data to Estimating.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess self-motivation, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.
We're looking for
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 2 years relevant and similar experience in project estimating and cost controlling
- Knowledge in the use of MS office
