UP $6,000 + AWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full project delivery including planning, scheduling, resources, cost (P&L), quality, and safety.

• Plan and schedule work efficiently and manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure profitability.

• Lead project execution to meet timelines, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Identify variation opportunities and provide regular project, financial, and WIP progress reports to management.

• Ensure timely payment certification and collection to maintain healthy cash flow throughout the project.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and contracts, lead the project team, and complete projects through to final closure and sign-off.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering Postgraduate qualification in Management or Project Management is an advantage.

• Over 3 years of experience in project roles within elevator/escalator, construction, or electromechanical industries.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and SharePoint
