Job Summary:
The Costing Assistant/Executive will review and validate price lists, perform accurate data entry, and consolidate costing informationinto the master spreadsheet for Manager's approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain stock codes, PLU IDs, and barcodes in the system
- Develop, update, and ensure accuracy of the costing master spreadsheet in a timely manner
- Input all required information for cost tabulation and analysis
- Perform comparisons between GRN and costing prices, and initiate corrective actions where necessary
- Execute timely price uploads across systems in coordination with Purchasing and Retail teams
- Handle daily incoming email enquiries and perform general administrative duties (e.g., filing).
- Upload and maintain PLU, barcode, stock code, and RSP information in the PLU master
- Support monthly campaign setup and price configuration
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team, including meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
