The Role reports to the Senior Director.
- Costing Analysis & Reporting analyse manufacturing and operational cost. Prepare detailed cost reports and dashboards using Excel Power BI
- Budgeting & Forecasting to assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Product Costing to estimate cost for new products and engineering changes in ERP systems (Oracle)
- Process Improvement identify cost-saving opportunities across procurement, production, and logistics
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Compliance & Audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- At least 5 years of relevant experience from manufacturing sectors, preferably with semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing
- Proficient in BOMs, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel Power BI and Tableau
- Strong ability in analysing and performing reconciliation complex accounts and reserves.
