Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Manager based in Singapore. The Cost Manager will be responsible for managing cost planning and estimation, preparing tender documentation, and conducting financial analysis to ensure cost efficiency. The role involves overseeing budgets, identifying cost risks, and developing strategies for cost control. The Cost Manager will also collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain the financial integrity of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in Tender Documentation, Contract Administration, and Vendor Management
  • Proven ability in Risk Assessment and Cost Control Strategies
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software for cost management and estimation
  • Keen understanding of workplace design and construction methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Certified membership with relevant professional bodies (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
  • Experience in large-scale workplace or commercial projects will be a strong advantage
  • Experience in BIM is essential
