Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Manager based in Singapore. The Cost Manager will be responsible for managing cost planning and estimation, preparing tender documentation, and conducting financial analysis to ensure cost efficiency. The role involves overseeing budgets, identifying cost risks, and developing strategies for cost control.
