Department: Industrial Engineering Department

Reports to: Industrial Senior Engineer

Functional Relationships with: Coordinate with manufacturing division for the total factory performance monitoring and management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

. Conduct detailed analysis of target material consumption and standard operation times to identify gaps and opportunities for cost and productivity improvement.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, insights, and improvement ideas to support operational and cost optimization initiatives.

. Study and review cost-reduction calculation methodologies to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability of cost-saving evaluations.

. Leverage IT and digital tools to automate cost-analysis and calculation processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual processing time.

. Support the planning and coordination of factory small-group improvement activities, including continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

. Support factory layout improvement projects to optimize space utilization, material flow, and operational efficiency.

Ability / Competency Required

. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Economics, or a related engineering discipline.

. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing industry.

. Strong understanding of engineering cost analysis and cost-based decision-making knowledge of management accounting will be an added advantage.

. Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into meaningful insights.

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze, organize, and present data effectively.
