Corporate Tax (Compliance) - Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will lead Singapore and International corporate tax advisory engagements, drive digital tax solutions, manage client relationships at a strategic level, and mentor junior professionals. You will also contribute to business development and cross-functional collaboration across PwC and with government entities.

Key Responsibilities / How You Will Value-Add:

• Deliver comprehensive Singapore and International corporate tax advisory services (structuring, investments, M&A, and other advisory services) for clients across industries.
• Learn, apply, and deliver Digital Tax Solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Data Analytics.
• Assist clients with tax dispute resolution and enquiries from tax authorities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively advising clients on market changes and trends.
• Identify and help secure new business opportunities.
• Actively participate in coaching, mentoring, and managing junior professionals.
• Collaborate with other PwC service lines (audit, transaction services) and government bodies (e.g., EDB, Enterprise Singapore).

About You / Requirements:

• Recognised undergraduate and/or postgraduate/professional qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, Law, or Technology.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Singapore and International corporate tax.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to communicate with impact and understanding of client needs.
• Willingness and ability to stay technically updated and learn digital tools for effective client delivery.
