Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance on strategy, governance, and operational initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies, frameworks, and governance structures to support organisational objectives.
  • Drive corporate planning activities, including long-term strategic planning, business prioritisation, and operational alignment.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on key initiatives, resource allocation, and organisational priorities.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination to execute strategic initiatives effectively and consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote collaboration, clarity, and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Monitor performance, track progress of initiatives, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  • Promote best practices in governance, policy implementation, and strategic planning across the organisation.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, governance, or policy development, preferably with team leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to design and implement policies, frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience translating strategy into actionable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
