Key responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance on strategy, governance, and operational initiatives.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies, frameworks, and governance structures to support organisational objectives.
Drive corporate planning activities, including long-term strategic planning, business prioritisation, and operational alignment.
Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on key initiatives, resource allocation, and organisational priorities.
Ensure cross-functional coordination to execute strategic initiatives effectively and consistently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote collaboration, clarity, and adherence to corporate policies.
Monitor performance, track progress of initiatives, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
Promote best practices in governance, policy implementation, and strategic planning across the organisation.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, governance, or policy development, preferably with team leadership experience.
Proven ability to design and implement policies, frameworks, and governance processes.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience translating strategy into actionable plans.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
